Plenty of models can label acne in a photo. None in the U.S. had been cleared to write a first prescription.

What Utah signed off on is the structure around Nolla's model: adults only, mild to moderate acne, a set list of topical creams and gels, prescriptions routed to a licensed pharmacist, and physicians reviewing every early case before oversight steps down.
